Booking Conditions - Keep for reference
Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and 25% deposit.
The balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.
CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £25.00. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The apartment is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.
GUEST NUMBERS The number of people occupying the appartment must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Middlewick Barton.
CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES The appartment should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.
SORRY - NO PETS OR SMOKERS
In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.
The use of accommodation along with the farm and gardens entirely at the Hirers's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
